Cryptocurrency is a digital or virtual currency that's created by cryptography. It isn’t physical and it's not issued by a central authority. It uses a decentralized network and works through a distributed ledger technology, known as a blockchain.

Who can buy, sell, and exchange Cryptocurrencies?

Verified customers with personal NeXchange accounts across the globe, as long as we have a payment method supported in the country.

Do I need to sign up for anything?

For personal NeXchange accounts, all you need to do is confirm some account information during your first purchase. If you don’t have a personal NeXchange account, you can apply for one during your first purchase.

We don't charge fees in transactions, but we have exchange rates when platform transacting and you buy, sell and exchange cryptocurrency

Can I transfer crypto into and out of NeXchange?

Currently, you can only send crypto and fiat to NeXchange wallets for exchange but cannot send currency to NeXchange for storage because we don't host wallets for storage.

What Cryptocurrencies does NeXchange support?

NeXchange supports multiple crypto and fiat currencies and will keep on adding to the platform to support all transactions across all platforms and countries globally as we grow.
